Behind the scenes: restoring the Mount Vernon Garden

June 1, 2019 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm To celebrate the National Garden Scheme and the New American Garden come and enjoy a talk from our Head Gardener Andrew Cannell, as he discusses the work behind taking the Mount Vernon Garden back to its original 18th century George Washington design. The talk also includes a discussion of the techniques and processes of British garden archaeology from an industry professional.

Ticket does not include entrance to the Museum or Gardens. You will need to purchase an admission ticket on the day.

All monies from garden only entry tickets will be given to the National Garden Scheme.
