A Midsummer Sunset: Campfire & Gentle Revelry

A Midsummer Sunset: Campfire & Gentle Revelry

Posted on behalf of Kilter

Stay up and stay out for an evening of gentle midsummer revelry, drawing together the best of everything June has to offer: traditions, curios & bonhomie, music, stories, and a mug of hot chocolate.

Gaze into the gentle flicker of a campfire as you cozy up with friends & family. Immerse yourselves in the enchanting bijou amphitheatre of Bath City Farm and its stunning backdrop: a midsummer sun setting over a world heritage landscape.

This event is part of Kilter's 5-year Bathscape commission to help local people creatively connect with their beautiful world-heritage landscape throughout the year. Some of the voices, musings and creative passages shared at this event will be prepared at our Wild & Free Midsummer Musing workshop at Bath City Farm on Friday 21 June.

Suitable for the wild & free across generations including parents, teens, grandparents, and great grandparents. You and your loved ones. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

This event would normally cost £10+ but thanks to players of The National Lottery we are able to offer it for free!

What to bring

Bring extra layers as June evenings can be a bit on the chilly side. Seating will be provided.
