Red Cross First Aid Training

The Red Cross have very kindly offered 5 training sessions to be run at The Village, Guildford over 3 days. The course is advertised as being to help older people but the First Aid training is the same whatever the age.

There are 15 spaces on each session, so please make sure you book your place so that you don't miss out!

The sessions are:

Wednesday 25 October

12.00 to 14.30

16.30 to 19.00

Thursday 26 October

12.00 to 14.30

16.30 to 19.00

Friday 27 October

10.30 to 13.00

Emotion Gyms Come To Ash

Emotion Gyms are a series of relaxed and friendly workshops focusing on ways of maintaining and improving mental and emotional health.

The sessions run in daytimes and evenings, and rotate around different locations throughout Surrey. In January, they are coming to the Ash Centre, Ash Hill Road, Ash, GU12 5DP. Each workshop runs for two hours from 6.30pm to 8.30pm and there is no need to register in advance, just turn up.

No personal information is taken and you can attend one or all of the sessions. You will not be asked or expected to share your own circumstances or experiences but will have the opportunity to ask questions. You will also be given some further information to take away with you, tips and techniques that you can practice to help yourself.
