WALK THE TALK: STROLL FROM EXETER QUAY TO DOUBLE LOCKS

THE WALKIE TALKIE MEETUP

What have Ernest Hemingway, Henry Thoreau, Friedrich Nietzsche and Einstein in common? No, not poor choice in facial hair styles…BUT a sneaky, healthy and unorthodox device for resolving problems and fostering creativity.

Part of the Indie Content Philosophy has always been to explore ways of working outside the office/studio in order to stimulate other perspectives and other approaches.

So for this special Meetup - we will be Walking the Talk. You don’t have to have been to our meetings before or have a particular issue in mind. It all happens as part of the process.

Meet up at Puerto Lounge Bar on the Quay at 11.30am. From there we will be strolling up to Double Locks. Using the well tested - walkie-talkie approach: Allowing the motion of the body to gradually loosen up the ideas, relax the muscles, regulate the breath and explore what is both within and without, we can observe what happens around us and between us. Plus, we can feed the swans (not really, don't feed the swans!)

It’s a simple, flexible and proven idea. Come along and discover another way of working altogether.

Dogs, canoes, boats, all welcome. Even people with strange facial hair too.

*Bottled water

*Walking shoes

*Problems, ideas, projects unresolved....
