If you’re interested in changing career to join our Training Programme in 2020 we’re sure you’ve got lots of questions.

Our recruitment team is on hand to answer all of these, so please do book a slot to meet us.

These meetings are specifically for people who graduated at least a year ago and are based in Lancashire.

There is lots of information to get you started on our website about Teach First, our Training Programme and our teaching requirements. We’d recommend taking a look at all of this before you meet to find out more specifics, such as what you’re eligible to teach.

You will be meeting Ieva, who is the dedicated recruiter for your area, so if you have any immediate questions, or if you can’t make any of the available slots, don’t hesitate to reach out on ivysniauskaite@teachfirst.org.uk.

Our Training Programme is the largest teacher training and leadership programme in the country, and it comes with a whole host of benefits:

• Earn a salary from your first day in the classroom.
• Gain a fully-funded Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Leadership (PGDE) and pay no fees.
• Receive close, expert support from your school and from us.
• Work in schools where you can make the biggest difference to your students’ lives.
