Our musical, conceived by Richard Cowling, follows sisters LaVerne, Maxene and Patty Andrews from their early days on the road through their rise as recording stars to entertaining American GI’s overseas to dissembling over differences. The score intermingles over twenty hit songs like "Bei Mir Bist Du Schon," "Don't Sit Under the Apple Tree" and "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy.”, and the sisters are joined by several other stars of the time: Bing Crosby, Abbott and Costello, Dean Martin and more! Audiences of all ages will enjoy the chemistry and vocal harmony of our vocalists and our live Big Band – lovingly staged by Director and Musical Director Richard Cowling and Choreographer Jo Harris, in the atmospheric setting of St. Andrew’s Church.
And yes – the church have new comfy chairs! The audience will be seated around tables, with tasty nibbles to satisfy your hunger, and a selection of beverages to quench your thirst from the bar.

I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change

Through its 23 songs, "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change" will take you on a hilarious yet poignant view of the modern relationship. You will be laughing your way through the entire show, and find yourselves saying to yourself (and the person next to you) through your laughter: "This is my life!!"
Love in all its glory is celebrated in this tuneful and witty musical comedy revue—from dating and waiting to love and marriage, and on through the agonies and triumphs of in-laws and newborns, trips in the family car and pick-up techniques of the geriatric set. Revealing the joys and frustrations of relationships—at nearly every stage of life—has never been so fun.
Serious stuff is always the basis of the best comedy, and this fast paced show is no exception. The show’s magical balance of comic and tender moments, timeless content, hilarious dialogue and clever lyrics, also manages to cleverly employ various musical styles from the classic ballad to country- western, Latino, pop and rock.

The Matchgirls

We invite you to celebrate the remarkable story of the Matchgirls...In 1888 the London Matchgirlsworking at the factory of Bryant and May made history when they went on strike. This enormous step was taken by young women who faced poor wages, heinous finesfor tiny misdemeanours and the very real possibility of death from ‘Phossy Jaw’a kind of cancer caused by working with white phosphorus. Despitethe subject matter this musical emphasises the positive mentality and naturalebullience of the so called ‘Cockney Sparrows’ leading to plenty of cheerfuland entertaining numbers.
